This was a fun challenge, and your boy is very cute!

I went with Orca Tiger as his primary because it has tiger stripes like the tattoos on his back, while Robin Opal reminds me of his ice powers and the blue accents of his outfit. The Rogue apparel gives me superhero vibes, and the Contrast set matches pretty well! I also tried to incorporate the golden gloves and belt. You could replace the mask with a custom accent, but there are plenty of good accents from previous Crystalline Galas that could work (some that come to my mind are Hibernal Wanderer and Phantom Scientist). I wish you the best of luck with this project!

He looks like he’d be a good veil! The only downside is that you can’t dress him but perhaps you could get a custom accent!

@IcyStorm I used a basic cream/safari obsidian/okapi obsidian Pearlcatcher base for the dragon - the scry has faceted lightning eyes but if you have innocent lightning eyes they should also work.
It was a bit of a challenge trying to work bits of that pretty blue color in there as FR doesn’t have a lot in that color that would work with the outfit I was trying to make, so I got as close as I could.

Modern breed for the apparel, tried recreating his uniform the best I could, I chose alloy because it makes the hair shiny and contour to add the color from the uniform with obscuring the face stripes, tiger is because of his markings/mask
