Moros' gift is hereditary, uncommon in the family but shows up every few generations. Their prophecies are uncontrollable and vague, but always certain. If they say something will happen, it will. The problem is that you end up with things like [i]"Warn the wardens and arm them with Her gift. We will be the first to suffer but not the last."[/i] Which is very ominous but not very useful in abstract.

Leithianel on the other hand has a very specific and thorough method of scrying. She's classically trained from the Spiral Keep in scry-walking, forseeing the path of a customer to discover the outcome. But to find a particular 'best outcome' can take weeks of testing options, walking through them, and then discarding them. She can tell you the most likely way for all of your choices to end up. You just have to be willing to pay her to take that much time.

While definitely understood to have an affinity for the 'supernatural', Larashni, the 'mother' (the eldest yet not the leader) of the Qurasa tribe is not the Seer that she is believed to be. The Seer that her son who leads them is. Her sage advice is what brings many to believe that she is more than the simple old woman she claims to be.

Precious young Davrochall might be more diviner than not, on the other hand, but that depends on if you consider speaking with frogs and toads (and understanding when they talk back) a sign of divination skill. In a tribe of primarily warriors, he was to become another of their great hunters, but it quickly became apparent that he had not the heart or temperament for it. Instead he dedicates his life to ensuring the fine treatment of the critters his people use for their venom, but his talents were not only in compassion!
Especially endeared to all that ribbits and croaks, he utterly insists that he can understand what they say. What frogs and toads choose to talk about isn't always useful, of course... but sometimes, just sometimes, those who laugh are shocked to silence by what their translator has to say. Some believe him a loon, not right in the head. Others believe he'll be the next Oracle of the tribes.

He's an oracle, but not the type you'd find from the Sea of a Thousand Currents... rather, he has a gift of seeing portents within his fever dreams, so whenever the clan needs to make an important decision, he intentionally travels to the Wyrmwound and catches a plague so that he can recite the images he sees while recovering to other minds in the clan. It's an extremely dangerous job, and it's taken a toll on his health, but he's held in extremely high esteem for his service.
