(I know there's already an existing exalt row rehoming thread, but I personally don't like the unwritten rules the regulars of the thread expect you to conform to if you want to rehome your dragons through it, so I've decided to start my own)
What is this thread for:
Sometimes we go a bit overboard with impulse buys, hatch a nest of pretties we don't have space to keep, buy nice mates for dragons only to find out they're related and can't breed, or simply fall out of love with an old perma, lvl 25 coli fighter, an expensive gen 1 you've thrown a lot of funds at to gene or some other valuable dragon, and end up having to make the difficult choice to exalt them, because let's face it, unfortunately we can't keep every dragon we find pretty and personal tastes change over time.
This thread acts as a last chance for your dragon to find a home before you kick them out to serve your flight's deity permanently. Anyone can post and adopt dragons through this thread.
Thread rules
These rules exist in good faith, however everyone rehoming their dragons through this thread should keep in mind that we can't enforce them and the site's official stance on dragon ownership comes down to 'if it leaves your lair, it's no longer your business' and the people who receive dragons from you can do what they want with them.
- Please do not treat this thread as a source for exalt fodder, the point of this is to give the dragons people can't keep but DON'T want exalted another chance at a new home.
- We don't expect you to give your dragons away for free (especially if it's gened gen 1s/other valuable dragons you wish to rehome), but this isn't really intended as a sales thread. This means this is not the place to advertise and gather interest in your breeding pairs, subspecies, hatcheries, pinglists etc.
- Please don't spam reposts of your dragons multiple times a day. One repost per page is enough.
- If someone adopts a dragon from you or you do end up exalting them, please update your post to let people know the dragons are no longer available.
How to share your dragons on the exalt block
Simply copy and paste the widget BBcode from the 'share' popup on your dragon's page into a reply on this thread, and include the date/time you intend to exalt the dragon by if it is not claimed/bought.
Please also mention if you are giving the dragon away for free of if it's listed in the auction house.
How to adopt your desired dragon
If the dragon is listed for sale in the auction house, you can buy it directly from it's page.
If an available dragon posted in the thread is not listed in the AH, either ping or PM the current owner to discuss adopting it.
