[center][url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=48313224][img]https://flightrising.com/rendern/350/483133/48313224_350.png[/img][/url][/center] It feels weird to say Kynigos is my [i]favourite[/i] of 2019 given the circumstances over his creation, and while I am glad Kynigos hatched into such a beautiful and wonderful dragon, he was only born from the loss of my closest companion, Chase. Chase was the first dog I'd ever gotten way back in what I believe was 2006. I had him for most of my life and I loved him more than anyone else I have met and, I think, will ever meet. I know you're not supposed to say you have favourites with your children (even if it [i]is[/i] just your fur babies), but Chase was my favourite. And he still is. I think Kynigos fits him just fine, and no dog is more deserving of such a beautiful dragon.

My baby of the year is without a doubt November. I scried him before I even joined FR, and after an almost 3-year breeding project with impossibly obscure colors and 265 Imperials, I got him. He's one of my favorite lore bois, and I'm so happy I hatched him. [emoji=familiar heart size=1] He made all the struggle worth it.

I've been following her since I first found out about her sometime last year during a "choose a G1" thread. I just love her stained colors! So soft and elegant * u* I even used her as a dragon during last year's Ice Festival coloring event even though she wasn't mine at the time (even won first place!). It's so nice finding an XYZ dragon who still looks so fabulous, and a G1 to boot~ I was absolutely enthralled when her previous caregiver put her up for sale just a few weeks ago-- I bought her as soon as I could. And now I'm so glad to finally have her grace my lair. I feel euphoric every time I see her sitting there so pretty like in my den [emoji=familiar heart size=1]

My favourite this year is definitely Soren! [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=49853766] [img]https://flightrising.com/rendern/350/498538/49853766_350.png[/img] [/url] Both of my progens are Pearlcatchers nowadays, and I specifically set out to find them a son with Lightning Multigaze. Managed to buy one from Zetore's auctions, and ended up having my very first [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/drs/2645560/1]Scatterquest![/url] I had fun scattering him, and on his 11th scatter he turned into a Denim/Amber/Silver - which is a surprisingly good combo of colors c:

He's not fully gened/dressed yet but that didn't stop me from loving him the most! Ever since I got him, he's been my prized dragon. I wouldn't trade him for the world <3 He's based off of one of my favorite characters from a game I absolutely love with all my heart. I love all the other dragons in my lair dearly but Ennard pulled out on top![/right][/columns] [columns][font=Times New Roman][size=4]This is gonna be him fully gened! I tried my best to figure out how to make apparel look like wires and I think I did a pretty good job! Unfortunately, there were no party hats as an apparel option so I had to go with a crown but [u]he's a king[/u] in my heart![/right][/columns]

I improvised it a bit on a whim, but it was important to me. It represents music that strongly marked me: "The White Stag", by Peter Gundry. I really wanted to convey the melancholy of this music on a dragon, and I am very very satisfied by the result. This boy reminds me now that, even in darkness, there is always a little light that shines!
