[center] [b][u] nemesis ~ greek god of divine retribution and revenge [/u][/b] [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/dressing/outfit/822179][img]http://www1.flightrising.com/dgen/dressing-room/dragon?did=52243143&skin=0&apparel=26277,832,12269,15714,5159,26941,615,3640,24059&xt=dressing.png[/img][/url] [size=3][columns]to me, the term 'nemesis' conjures images of brooding, dark-haired, goth, and leather. and probably a gun too. but nemesis the god actually only showed wrath to those who were too prideful: full of hubris, and disrespectful towards the gods. she is often portrayed similar to an angel, with white, feathered wings, possibly a halo too, blindfolded, and with a Sword Of Justice. her clothes are generally white, flowing robes, as was common in ancient times, and sometimes with an hourglass, showing how she can control the course of someone's life. [nextcol][color=invisible]~~~~[nextcol] with these symbols and aesthetics in mind, i created my outfit. the fae (zirconia) in the showcase is primarily dark in colour, contrasting the whites and silvers primarily making up the outfit. the gold highlights in the sword, halo and hourglass draw the eye to important components of the outfit and add visual contrast. the kelpie mane gives her the appearance of long, flowing hair, adding to the mystery and drama of the figure.[/columns] [/center]
