A little Lore!
Bombalurina knew that she was born to fight the shadows- but that didn't mean she had to be good at it.
In fact, she was just the opposite. Her magic was awkward and uncontrolled, the attacks so strong that she became a liability to her allies. It wasn't long before she decided she would need to do this on her own- and so she left home to sharpen her skills as a warrior, to follow the destiny chosen for her by her mother.
For months she practiced, day in and day out. She found her way to the ghostlight ruins, where the light seemed even stronger against the shadows and encroaching darkness. She settled in, made herself a nest and defended it. For months she was alone, until she met Adrik.
He was traveling with two others, warriors from a clan in the windswept plateau- but he blended perfectly with the shadows- a beautiful juxtaposition to her own light.
The moment they locked eyes, she knew she didn't want to be alone any longer.
