Phantom is part something robotic-like. Not necessarily a robot though.

No actual robots in my lair (the only dragons with prosthetics grew them out of a tree, in fact, she's like the anti-cyborg) but I always like accents like that!

Not so much a robot as a reanimated cyborg who needs regular jolts to keep him shambling around, but definitely not totally organic.

Mecha could be considered a robot, but is more accurately a mix between machine and armour that was animated by Shadow magic. They are sentient (kind of...?),
