Though it is actually a matter of debate among the clan. What she IS is an ancient dragon, among the Plaguebringer's first dragons. She has lived so long and used so much magic to preserve herself she actually kind of hovers on the edge of life and undeath.

Mission kept his mind when he died but Juno became a banshee, mindless and terrified and searching for the dragon who killed her, though her severed mind and spirit have left her confused and unaware of Mission's presence.
