But he's jealous and selfish and insensitive, although those who don't know him too well might write it off as simply social awkwardness. He would not have a queen, but his brother might help some. He's rational, kind, and tries to see the "big picture". It would be stressful and emotional for him, but with his wife and brother's help, he could be a good and fair king. She's a little high strung and nervous, but she could make a decent Queen. She's very logical and could help with the more challenging descisions, the ones that require a lot of emotional strength, because she could handle them better than her husband (she's more disconnected from how she feels, whereas he is very in tune with his feelings).

That's the way Jenivive was for a long time; not wanting to find a king.

My lair already sort of runs like a dictatorship, but there would only be one queen. She is the current clan leader and believes herself to be pseudo-royalty, after all. Prophet would not elect a king because she prefers to do things her way, lol
