And my Windy friend is helping me with this breeding project! The problem is one of the female breeders is so cute as a baby so I want her as a permababy too, and then while we were looking for breeders we found a purple-winged, shadow-eyed version so he's going to be a permababy too! x_x

My perma baby's lore is a bit more situational, because she was adopted by a witch-doctor and some voodoo went wrong, which caused them to be a baby permanently.
Though you could have things like it being a case of extreme baby face.

But really, this little guy is my first permabab, and I regret nothing. I didn't think I was ever going to get one, and then someone showed me him and now I love him to death. Also the most expensive dragon I've ever bought, but he was worth every bit of treasure!

I have only one permababy, Dwayne, the child named for a joke taken too far. He's a gen one and before I bought him I was playing around in the scrying workshop and...well...he was too cute? So he's not fully gened yet, he still needs a coatl scroll, but he's already adorable (and expensive). He'll be my only coatl, which means I still won't be able to use all the um coatl accents, but since I can't dress or accent him that permababy scroll is going to a) make him cute, duh, but also b) save me pixel money in the long term.
