The first nest hatched! ...which had only one egg. Boo!
But not bad:

The colors are closer, but none if the genes crossed over. But the breed is right! :)

All the right genes, but no chance for the right primary. Oh well, but hopefully some genes will be inherited. :)
Goal is still a Charcoal Clown/Rose Seraph/Stone Smoke female Spiral.

He is Ice/White/Rust Speckle/Basic/Basic
Now that speckle is out of the way I can start worrying about other genes.. like circuit, it's gonna be a pain.
My goal as always is Platinum/Mulberry/Rose Speckle/Daub/Circuit coatl female.
I have not obtained a partner for the boy yet ,_,
ETA: I got a partner for him! A Grey/Navy/Navy Bar/Daub/Underbelly ridgeback. Hopefully Bar will NOT pass down *nervous laughter* but it's always easier to do DOWN a rarity than up so most of the babies should turn up with speckle and if not I will have to look for a speckle primary partner next generation.

My first batch of second gens hatched today, I'll be keeping this little lady. I named her Melusine.

Got super lucky with the colours this time around, Mulberry/Denim/White and I need Midnight/Azure/Maize for my final, also got the Current I need as a bonus! I'll see if I can't keep the Current with the 3rd gen, but I'm still mostly working on the colour range right now and I'll focus on genes later.
