Pinglists & Reminders
Let's be real, sometimes it's a drag to finish a project. The last few stitches, weaving in the ends, or trimming the last fringe bits, it's either too heartbreaking or too annoying to get on with it! So, if you need a nudge, reminders are here for you.
If you want to be reminded every so often (weekly, monthly) to pick up your project, do a few rows/stitches/knots, we're here for you! Add yourself to the pinglist to be reminded that your project is still there, and to get updates on new, fun ideas to try out, or even to look at the projects other people are working on or have questions about.

Want to try something new? Perhaps you've been stuck in a creative rut, and would like a little bit of a spark to get you on the path back to capital-M Making. Try incorporating some of the theme into your work! Take the theme and include it (in any way!) into your project and post it here!
October's Theme
ORANGE
It's the season of Fall! Though the Equinox has passed, October is the perfect cozy month (at least in the Northern Hemisphere). If you're in the Southern Hemisphere, try to make something seasonal for Spring! If you celebrate Halloween, pumpkins are a great orange choice. Fall leaves, orange flowers, butterflies, etc. Anything orange!

The past couple days, I've been working on trying to make little leaves while knitting - I have made a sweater, a few shawls, and more than a couple hats, but I'm finally reaching into making little goblin-y decorations with yarn!
Here is what I've gotten so far:

Oh, the petal thing is so true!! I have been thinking about modifying the design so that there's a purl in the center stitch so that it seems like it has a seam in the middle... Oh, there are so many interesting opportunities! :D
