As with the basic Pinkerlocke, the type of daily item pulled from Pinkerton’s Plundered Pile governs what gets done—in this case, what to write about.
To select who to write about, I’ll be using RNG, first to choose among my active lore clans and then to choose the individual dragon. If I’ve already filled that particular prompt for the dragon, I can:

review what I’ve already written to see if I can expand upon it or polish it up (e.g., turn bullet points into a paragraph)

choose another prompt for the dragon (using a Crim request in lieu of a Pinkerton draw if nothing is immediately inspiring me)

reroll to select another dragon
Review and reorganize a dragon’s lore (or your Pinkerlore thread, if you have one). Remove or fix any outdated information. (Have you exalted someone's best friend? Has the dragon been breed changed? Did the apocalypse happen?) Consider turning a bullet-point list into a cohesive paragraph. Check for typos! If you don’t have the time or energy to actually do the update, make a note of what needs fixing so you can address it later.

Take a meta look at your lair’s organization and lore. Are you missing any roles? Are any dragons in need of a mate? It's always a good time to buy a new dragon! Try moving some dragons around—sometimes shifting a couple of dragons next to each other can spark some inspiration. Break subclans out into new tabs or pages. Make some notes of ideas or potential story arcs you want to work into your clan’s lore. Browse other clans for inspiration. Trawl through the art sales forum and take note of artists you might want to commission eventually.

Note that these results aren’t necessarily exclusive of each other. For instance, drawing a familiar calls for a scene of two characters interacting with each other, which could potentially be some kind of conflict. So there’s plenty of fluidity here.

When it's time for the babes to hatch, there's the draw of the crowd of permanent dragons who come to bare witness to the sacred act of hatching. Prayers are given for the hatchlings when they receive their names, and while they might not spend long with the clan before they move off in search of adventure, they're always blessed by the elders at their birth.

Dragons may choose to wear a ring on a certain finger, or an pendant around their neck, that signifies they're in a committed relationship - or an open one. The designs are individual as the dragons themselves, and equally as personal and intimate. Polyamorous dragons tend to wear a pair of rings on one finger, for example, whereas a small locket is not an uncommon gift to give a partner on their important anniversary (10, 50, 100 years together, etc).

The Old Guard. (aka The Table)
Headed by Roxane, the custom progenitor of the OG Foxfire Fortune fam, these dragons are the longest dwelling in the clan and have seen it rise, fall, and everything in between. They've stood the test of time when others have been purged to serve the Eleven, or fled to other clans' for refuge.
The original six are truly my most sentimental dragons, ooc. Those would be Roxane, Iris (his mate), Puff (my random progen), Lettuce, Maximum, and Rubix.
The New Royals.
The clan has gone through several iterations, and as it stands right now with the recent move to Lightning, it's helmed by a manic young sandsurge named Mouse who is so excited about everything; it's all new and wonderful and fabulous to her, and so should it be new, and wonderful, and fabulous for everyone else, right?
She's tempered by Anauel; a very, very old mirror who has seen much more than she can ever let on, but is keen to watch "the children" do their own thing. Everyone seems to come to Anauel for support or advice, despite her being a relatively new addition to the clan.
Primogen.
Second generation and second in command, for all intents and purposes; these dragons have direct say in where the clan will go, and help guide the new young royal in her ventures.
Including Erra, Tansy, and the Memento Mori lineage progenitors: Ouroboros, Ariia, Pilgrim, Vigil, Acanthus, and Moros.
Diplomats & Traders.
These are the dragons that leave the clan's claimed lands for brief periods of time (or longer), who greet newcomers, who trade with other clans and sometimes beast clan emissaries, etc.
This number ebbs and flows, and currently made up of Joxar and Inkspot.

This number is slowly growing, and includes Aurum Regis, Aqua Regia, Cane, Sunstreaked, Wolfsbane, Bewitch, and Varah.
