Dear Diary,
____________

3884496.png

I'm coming home. I can't stand the Scarred Wasteland anymore. I've never even left the Wyrmwound, but my heart and soul are reaching out to the Ashfall Waste. I don't belong in this clan. I belong by myself with warm air blowing all around me followed by the smell of charred wood and metal being wafted into my face. I don't know how long it'll take. But if I can live right beside a cauldron of disease, I can make it anywhere. I'm headed south, I think. May Flamecaller guide me home. item_tiny_feathers_by_dogi_crimson-da7g5dn.gif

Dear Diary,

food_winterbelle_by_dogi_crimson-dbg5uvc.gif It's been a few weeks worth of endless wandering. I just barely survived a Serthis attack. Thankfully, a Dunhoof herd found me, fended off the Serthis, and tended to my wounds. Even though they told me that I should wait until my wounds heal, my desire to come back home is stronger than my patience. I'm leaving the Starwood Strand. May Flamecaller guide me home.

Dear Diary,

I've made it to the Windswept Plateau. It's hard trying to walk with enormous wings catching the breezes blowing around me. Though I don't want to, I'll maybe try gliding until I get home. At least my legs can rest that way. May Flamecaller guide me home. fc_messengers_scroll_by_dogi_crimson-daiq5ls.gif

Dear Diary,

item_tattered_canvas_scrap_by_dogi_crimson-dbvf4cn.gif I know, another entry within the span of a few days. Very unusual. But I have to add something important. I met this Tundra on my way home. Poor man couldn't even remember his name or where he was going. I know Tundras are weird with their horrible memory, but he was a special case. I'm guessing his clan was moving to the Windswept Plateau and the wind started blowing the scent of his clan everywhere, which made it difficult for him to navigate. He was probably starving, too, explaining his confusion towards generally everything I asked him. I felt bad for him and told him he could come with me, since I wanted to go back home so badly. He agreed.

I can see The Great Furnace in the horizon. May Flamecaller guide me home.

Dear Diary,

I'm home! I'm finally home! It's everything I ever dreamed of! It's perfect! I found this nice, flat plane of land where we could settle, far from everyone else. Yes, I said we. We as in me and Icefur. That's the name I ended up deciding for him. I gotta write it down somewhere so neither of us forget his name. We've decided that we're going to start this clan with just the two of us. I may forget about you, Diary, but at least you would have known about my travels through the west coast of Sornieth. food_fire_flower_by_dogi_crimson-da9nthf.gif

Not much is known about the day-to-day life of the clan. However, the following is a brief synopsis of the events that lead to the clan falling apart. */

LAMONT was the first death, having ingested lethal poison. It's unknown who poisoned him. The most plausible theory is that an outsider had poisoned him.

ETNA had followed next. It was thought that she poisoned Lamont, since she often cooked for the clan. After over a month of debating and trials, she was put into a small prison and was left there with nothing to drink. She died a few days later.

One day, PADRIG had, out of nowhere, began to cough up blood. His frail rib cage had been crushed. By the time he was getting treated, it was already too late and his bright color had nearly completely drained from his face. No one knows who crushed him, although clan members had their suspicions...

This could explain the large amount of ghosts wandering the halls of the Pagfenx, even long after their "master's" disappearance. It may look and function like ink, but when a small amount is spilled on a piece of parchment and left to sit for a few hours, the blob of ink begins to move around like a creature, even coming off of the page. Leaving out the entire inkwell will not cause something to form. It requires a medium that can be drawn on such as canvas or paper. It's extremely difficult to get a chemical makeup of this substance, but it's possible that it is made up of mostly carbon to be able to create life.
