i was wondering just this morning how far spirals' ribs go. snakes have ribs from the head almost to the tail tip, but since spirals have legs i was unsure. what do you think?

Keep in mind that this is all something I see, tried to figure out, is speculative/unofficial, and anyone else could see different. I doodled all this to show everyone what I see just in case it might help figure out how Spirals work.
Considering Spirals are dragons instead of snakes they will have a ribcage much like a lizard. More specifically, a glass lizard. Sure Spirals are serpentine, but having a ribcage extend all the way to the tail on a Spiral would not be too practical. They have large lungs due to their near-constant flying and need a decently large and sturdy ribcage to protect them. That, plus the fact that the back and wing muscles need something to connect to.
