TOPIC | The Zephyr: Issue 34
----- A time of discoveries seems to have started! A gene thought to have gone extinct has resurfaced as of late, and is once again spreading. This gene is known as the Thylacine gene, casting stripes and a faint glow in a dragon’s -normally hidden- tertiary colour along their body. The gene has been captured inside magical scrolls, and can be bought in the treasure marketplace. But that’s not all! Artistic dragons across the realm- or so it is said- have gotten a surge of inspiration lately. Beautiful artifacts depicting the deities can be found across all eleven regions. The true cause for the randomly found artwork remains unknown, although we are certain they are surprisingly hard to find. Only expert scavengers will have a chance of getting their hands on them. Don’t give up though, keep on looking, and eventually luck will be with you! Last but most certainly not least, the borders of our world are slightly weakening. Experts say they will be completely gone by the 12th of January, and this will last for three full days. During this time, new clans are said to settle in Sornieth. We need not fear for our safety, luckily, as the borders are not there for any specific reason. Investigation has been done, but they are only known to prevent new clans from entering. Welcome the new clans with a smile and a small gift, and perhaps new friendships will flourish! ----- ----- Economy Section This issue’s econ section will be on things from the NOTN update that weren’t covered in the last article. Most of us- half of the votes, in fact- enjoyed finding and opening chests the most. No surprise, considering the guaranteed quality content (unlike last year). Although it was much, much harder to find chests, it did make finding them a whole lot more exciting, after all, who can resist the thrill of opening chests? A lot of mixed opinions have been flying around the continent, but what opinion is predominant? Economy Section

This issue’s econ section will be on things from the NOTN update that weren’t covered in the last article. Reminder that all of these are based off recent sales listings, and not every listing is calculated.

G:T Ratio: 1:600
Calculated from the Wind Sales form.

Ensorcelled Volume - 21.4kt - 31t
Don’t buy/sell for more than 18.6kt.

Spellbound Tome - 18.5kt - 23g
The G:T worh is 13.8k. Keep that in mind.

Unhatched Nocturne Egg - 177.3k - 295g
The average is a pretty fair price (G:T is 17k)

Agol - 149.9kt - 238g
Don’t pay/sell for more than 143kt. (G:T is 142.8kt)

Breed Change: Nocturne - 921k - 1896g
Buy for gems. Treasure prices far overshadow the G:T price.

Like always, apologies for any mistakes. Calculators are hard to use, and the auction house isn’t notably reliable.

I'm always so surprised at the gem/treasure ratio. *watches it bop around all the time*

Also, chest opening was definitely my favorite part, too! :D Even if most of mine after a while kept giving me doubles on things, it was still fun! ^-^

Great issue! <3
