Steps that you took to resolve the issue:
Logged in and out, cleared cache, cookies, and history in general, logged back in and out.

Additionally, I am able to get to places on the site via forums but from www1. I am logged out and not allowed back unless I go back to the forums.

  I am logged out if I am not on FR for a long period of time. Mainly logs me out sometime during the night (FR time).

Browser: unsure and I don't know how to find it in my settings for my Nook. Google and Firefox for my pc and laptop

Connection Method: wireless home internet

Device: Nook tablet/Laptop/PC

Steps that you took to resolve the issue: cleared cache and cookies, signed out and back in, turned device off and back on. I've done this since optimization has been going on.

I cannot collect treasure from my messages.


Edit for 9/14 - I am still having issues logging in on all devices I try and am constantly getting the "Whoops something went wrong" messages.

• Steps that you took to resolve the issue: I cleared my cache and went back to the front page, which was the only one displaying me as logged in, logged out from the menu and re-logged in normally. It seems to have worked.

tried logging in and logging out. Tried unchecking the remember me box. Only logged in on messages and index.

Phone says im logged in on the index and messages page only and to get to the messages page, I have to press the message icon rather than the link on the side to override the 'logged out' screen (even though my status bar shows i'm still logged in.)
On any other page, the status bar does not exist and acts as though i'm logged out.
