A lot of the colors have this occurring in them and it makes the art in the dragon look inconsistent.
Also I said "it doesn't appear to have them," which is true. They are incredibly difficult to locate.
Another issue is the colors do not line up like in the other blue tones. Why does the wing blues not match the manes Blue, but in others it does?
I just find it weird and figured I would put it forth for staff to look at if they choose to.

honestly I could go through the whole color wheel, there's a number where the speckles are hard to see. Lapis is honestly not the worst offender but certainly could stand to be fixed.

Ultramarine seraph features pure black, vermilion shimmer on coatl females is considerably more pink compared to all other breeds and genders, underbelly on bogsneak females goes outside the linework, as well as a huge index of other issues that haven't been acknowledged.

Oof, I see what you mean and yeah I've heard of some things that some of my veteran friends have pointed out that haven't been looked at since they started.

Is this any closer to being fixed? Its slightly irritating because it makes my two dragons with Weathered look unbalanced with the male missing the horn coloration and the female having weird color on her pawpads. I love the gene but i really would love it fixed

I don’t know if this IS a “gene specific art error”, but many people mentioned it in the announcement thread when LionNox came out, and I made a post about it in Suggestions a year ago. Since Aequorin locked that thread with the words

Lionfish on male faes has a weirdly dark shadow that probably isnt supposed to be there.
