I noticed another gene misalignment issue for female bogsneaks – contour doesn't match up with skink.
With only skink:

It veers off to the side. The same is not the case on males; on them it just makes the middle stripe thicker.

I don't know if this is a wrong color, or what. I see that Crystal on female Guardians has a lighter patch on a bit of the underbelly, where the neck meets the head. I don't see it with other dragons.

I'll add examples later when I'm not on mobile, but female bogsneak teeth don't show up on the crystal gene. It's like they were colored over. Check any color you want on crystal female bogsneaks - their teeth aren't there.
@LordAlois This is the intended coloring. Orca has black as a highlight color, and that shows in the runes gene. Other colors with drastically different highlights include metals and tarnish.

I don't know if this is intended or if I'm posting in the wrong place but on the Bogsnek, the underbelly is colored out of the line on the tail's curve.

I noticed that there's this sort of dull colored patch on the chest, but it's not present in the adult versions:
