Down payment is 10%
For payment plan, I suppose I could accept battlestones as part payment. If that was what you were preferring to do I could check and see what battlestones I need for the current three I'm training (pretty sure its 3 ambushes, and 9 berserkers though lolz but unsure if I have any of those in my hoard at the moment)

I can do a mix of treasure and battle stone for the payment plan. I'm most efficient that way.
I do believe that I've got a berserk in my vault.
Additionally when I'm here I spend most of my time grinding in the coli or playing in the fairgrounds to get treasure and loot. So I should have full payment in a fairly short time frame.

yup that all sounds fine.
I've checked, Ambushes are between 45-50k right now in the AH and berserkers are around 10k (cheapest I've seen them in a long time)
So what ratio of stones to treasure are you suggesting? :)
