Underneath it says
SB: 50g
MI: 10g
CB:
AB: tbd
SB is short for Starting Bid, alas the lowest you can bid, and MI is short for Minimum Increase, like the smallest amount you can add if someone out bids you. You are free to bid over this number or more, but most people like to just use the Mi.
CB is short ofr current bid, so no one have bid on the dragon you want yet.
AB is Auto buy, the price for you to just buy the dragon straight away without having to have a bidding war with someone, you can think of it as a flat sale. this is usually a high price, so people can bid on it instead of just straight of buying it.
anyways, from the info we are given the starting price on the dragon you want is 50 gems, so if you ping the owner and say that you are in! (:
