The colors are very doable! The random purple scales should be doable. I will just have to figure out a way to attach them so they don't look like wings, but are sturdy. I might use some small stainless rings for it.
Custom scales: Yes! I am fully willing to try! My art skills aren't great in the drawing/painting department, but I will send you pictures along the way to make sure it is what you want.

I don't think there is an exalter or 'both' artists on the sheet, so I will accept them. Just give me a bit of time to grab them as you send. I will be logging off on the hour for a while.
