[*] Anything I deem against my own moral code. [*] Things beyond my scope of ability. [/LIST] [color=#C90463] [b]Terms of usage of my art[/b] [LIST] [*] You may use your commissioned art as icons/banners anywhere, preferrably with visible credit in your bio/description, but not necessarily. You may print your commission for your personal use; [*] You may crop or rotate your commissioned art, or add simple noise/contrast filters for ~*aesthetic*~ [*] You may not, however, alter or edit your commissioned piece with AI art generators/editors, photomanipulation, or any other tools. That means no "improving" upon it with AI, no recoloring, no liquifying, no heavy filters, etc. If you want alternate colors for your commission, let me know what you need. This rule is in place mostly to prevent my art being defaced with AI tools.; [*] You can post your commissioned piece to any websites, but please give credit to me as the artist, and preferably link back to me [*] reserve the right to post any finished commissions as an example or my tumblr art blog. I do, however, watermark commissions that I post (whereas your finished product will have no watermark). This is to prevent art theft of your commission [*] Do not claim as your own original wor [*] Usage of commissioned art to mint NFTs, for any AI training, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly forbidden [*] I do not currently offer any exclusive rights type of license; [*] You may only use someone else's commissioned art if the client has given you their explicit permission [*] Payment is upfront via PayPal only after the initial sketch is approved [*] Please provide references to characters, expressions, poses, or whatever may apply so i can bring your vision to life as closely as you imagined it! [*] If you require modifications on the art, this can only be done during the sketching phase. After the sketch is approved and the commission is paid for, I can't modify the overall structure without charging extra. I can of course adjust colors, modify shapes and sizes to a certain extent, add small details like studs earrings and such. [*] You may cancel only if you haven't already paid. No refunds, sorry. [*] Tips are greatly appreciated, if you can tip me. Even one dollar goes a long way in my country's currency. [*] I take my time with commissions. I won't lie and say I'm fast, because I'm not. Sketches are fast, but paintings can take months. You may always ask about the status of the commission or for a screenshot of the WIP :) [/LIST] [size=4] Finally, I work with 5 slots at a time.
