Her outfit should be a dress should be similar to the 3 bottom references and must include a white apron. I guess the blue outfit but in lavender would be the best, but you can just get inspired by those and do something different but in similar fashion.

For the bg i would like the floating shapes like in your example but make it soap bubbles or pearls.
