I've been creating character designs and since folk here have a different meaning for the term 'adoptable', let's just call them chara-designs.
for all my chara-designs, you can visit my toyhouse account where all of them can be bought with money through Square (paypal is bad, I will not sell designs with paypal anymore, don't ask).

for some cases, I'm thinking of selling characters for gems, but that selection will be a bit more limited.
Before starting to set up my stall, here are my T.o.S. :
What you can do with the design :
- Use it for your personal use
- Give the design to somebody else
- sell the design for any price.
* In the case a character was obtained for free, only the art you comission for this character has value. Dont resell something you got for free. That's a ban on future raffles.
- Alter the design to your liking (however, you cannot do this on the original drawing)
- change the name of the design
TLDR : Do whatever you want, come talk to me in the case of a commercial use and credit me for the original design
What the artist can or cannot do :
- The artist (which is me in this case), Will still have the copyrights on this work. It mean I can do, for example, distribution, reprodution or using the image as a sample for sale/self-promotion.
- Since you are the owner of the intellectual property of this design, I cannot resell this design to someone else
Other terms of service :
- There is no refunds once you bought the design
Other things to know :
- Toyhouse users that I can make a transfer do get 10% off on their purchase, gems or money
- Gem purchases cannot obtain any hidden rebates
- if you have worries about me being fake or impersonating, feel free to go on my TH account to ask if I am indeed on FR and if it's indeed my account. (yeah I'm also someone who would go on the other account just to be sure cross-platform wise, so it's always a pleasure to help)
