Terms of Service
This TOS was last updated as of September 24th, 2022.

By commissioning this artist (@/furbyteeth444), the client has read & agrees to all of these terms, as well as being aware that the artist is not "required" nor is "responsible" for notifying clients, past or present, towards any changes towards this very Terms Of Service.

• Clients may not hold off from sending payment until the the final product of the commission is received.
— Clients may request an exemption towards this for financial/personal reasons (ie. upcoming form of in-game payment), though the artist has the right to decline service/payment exemption at the artist's personal discretion.
— The artist may not accept the payment until the commission is fully completed, sent to the client & the client is satisfied with the final product with no further changes requested.

• Clients may not recolor, trace or edit the art in any form unless otherwise permitted by the artist.
— Clients may edit the thumbnail using frames/thumbnail decor/cropping tools/etc.

• Clients may not request refunds upon receiving the final product from the artist.
— Clients may request refunds if the artist does not start/properly complete the commission.

• Clients may not use the commissioned artwork for suggestive, sexual and/or NSFW usage in any form.
— Clients may use the commissioned artwork for SFW and/or gore usage in any form.
— Clients may use the artwork for icons/references/badges/etc for SFW and/or gore commercial usage in any form.

Prices are listed in Gems (G), as that is highly preferred over Treasure (T) whenever possible. Also note that my conversion rate is the following: 1G = 1100T
