Extra notes about what you want: a coloured head/bust shot, expression similar to the one on the ref, you can change eye position and add/remove pupils if you'd like (I still haven't made an expression chart + his face isn't very expressive)
Another note is, it would be great if you kept his face shape as similar to the original as you can, + his neck is longer than a human's - that's all I think

i'd say 300-500g? though if you want something like that but only a headshot probably 200-150g range

Extra notes about what you want: These are the rest of her tattoos. She's got fire aesthetics and a spunky personality. The lightning on her back is scarring but she has lightning tattoos to cover them partially. And the circle is not a sun it's a large ruby (like this but bigger) with some scarring around it.
