This is Charlie, the deputy mayor of a small mining town where robots are the only ones left after an accident drove the actual dragons out. Charlie is sort of a serious robot, sticking to the rules even more so than the rest of them, but they try their best to keep the spirits of their team high.

On a sidenote, I am totally fine if you simplify anything as much as you need, but i'd love if you could include the lightning primal eyes.
