Concept: Gotta be honest, I am not entirely sure what this means xD
If you mean character-concept, he used to be a seer, before his powers were taken and now he is the target of vengeful spirits who like to chase him around. He got blinded by them and therefor keeps running into things (especially the thorny vines all around the lair).
References: Cecil's Bio, there's a bunch of art. Although the first one is a bit older and was done without checking back with what I imagined for him. He's supposed to be a bit more skinny like in the other pieces, since he's a seer not a fighter. I never put much thought into his hair because of the hood but I think it being cut amateurly (is that an actual word?) after always getting tangled in vines would fit him.
Probably not the best reference but I could see his hair ends be similar to Nakajima Atsushi's hair (Ref) with these straight and uneven cuts.
There's also often bruises or cuts in his face like on the other pictures (but they could also have healed and be scars instead) and he wears that eyecover to hide the scars there.
Better resolution of duo-bust I like the idea of the red feather being either some sort of ear-rings, potentially similar to Merlins weird feathery things (Ref).
If you want to draw him with hood on, ignore this whole wall of text XD
Expression/Posing (With References if Desired): He'd mostly look disgruntled and unhappy with his situation, sometimes - but he likes to hide it - sad. The Duo-bust probably has a good example of his annoyed expression.
