LAH on Forgotten Child is 300G, Queen of Cinders is 590G! Together it puts you just into T2, so here's what you could get for 890G:
Cost Breakdown: Accent (150G, not too complex), Apparel (300G)
T1 - Everything included; sketchy bust with all apparel + the accent.
T2 - Only the base dragon. You could add 60G for the accent, 210G for the apparel, or 270G for everything to be included.
