currently laid up with a (healing) dislocated hip and i'm bored out of my mind. games and drawing are about all i can do.

as i'm currently injured and chronically ill i don't know how many commissions i'll be taking and i cannot guarantee my timeframes will remain consistent, based on however i'm feeling at the time. i will however give ample warning if i'm feeling like i won't be able to complete a piece within the timeframe originally given.

i only take payment after the piece is completed and approved (via a watermarked, low dpi version) and i will not do alterations after payment is taken. for this reason, please make sure to ask for any edits before you confirm payment.

next: RULES & TERMS OF USE

1. all commissions must follow fr tos. additionally behavior that doesn't break the site's tos but is egregiously offensive or rude will result in a ban from this shop. ie., intentionally or repeatedly misgendering someone, or being antagonistic to them.
2. slots are limited based on how well i'm feeling at the time, and my personal availability. most of my work will be done at night or on weekends when my kid's not home.this is also just for fun and the point at which it is no longer fun or stressful is when i will stop taking slots.
3. please use the provided form to request a slot and remember to include image references (preferred) or detailed text references for your OCs.
4. one slot per person at a time. i will not be taking multiple slots from someone at a time because of aforementioned uncertainty of my availability. i don't want to promise anyone a slot i can't fulfill.

i retain the right to post work completed for commissioners to my personal portfolio and social media/art sites. if you do not want me to post the completed work anywhere, please make sure to tell me up front. i will credit the owners of OCs however they like, including anonymously if that is what you prefer.

please do not upload the completed piece to your deviantart/furaffinity/etc gallery

do not use the image to sell merchandise. you may include the art when selling off a character to someone else, so long as it's not for profit (ie, more than you paid for this commission).

it is your responsibility to request any edits before i accept payment. i will not make edits after payment is taken.
