His neck is completely black as shown ^ but he usually wears a turtleneck

^ Left is him with his hair down but thats his turtleneck! its just plain and grey. He usually has his hair up in his bun as shown in the first picture. His two scars coming up from his jaw line can be seen there, also pitch black as they connect to the one on his neck.
