OC info: He acts cocky, confident and flamboyant, always loving to announce his presence rather than be sneaky about it (for the most part anyway). He doesn’t let life get him down for very long, and he constantly wants to improve his capabilities. He can often be seen with his tongue poking out of his mouth because, well, he doesn’t ever give a clear reason if asked about it. Also, he never removes his hood from his head, like, ever... he must like it a lot hmm XD
