She is a pretty bitter girl because her younger brothers (whom she cherished dearly) died. She currently blames all electric Pokemon for their deaths. Specifications/References/Personality/Etc: Skyy is an astronomer in training, she loves the stars and reads all the books she can on it, and she has an entire room full of equipment. She dreams about meeting the Arcanist someday. I'd love it if her wings/the accent was like a cloak/cape thing, and the sylvan lattice as like. around the neck of the cape and the blue part is a fastener. Black hair please, and include the white scarf ^^ I'd like her to be looking up as if at the stars.
