I have a few questions as someone looking to commission you once I've GOT THE GOODS to pay for it in the future

Is it possible to get a speech bubble on a drawn headshot/bust? Specifically a flat color one.
I was also looking to commission for a matching icons sort of thing in the future (which is why I ask about the speech bubbles), would that be the 10,000 extra character fee, or another picture entirely?

Hmmm for matching icons I think just the extra character fee would work I mean they aren't super big pictures...
