I am looking for a custom made clan bio/ banner/ emblem thing!

Specifications:
I would like words "Flier Denblem" with the fire emblem style title/cover words, with a couple fire emblem characters made into dragons around it or to the sides. I'd honestly be heccin' happy just having a couple fandragons with the characters hair and clothes photoshopped onto them, or you could go above and beyond and draw the clothes and such onto them. My first choice of characters for this would be Soren and Tiki since they are already part-dragon, but if you have a better character set go for it! For female I prefer pearlcatcher or skydancer. For male I prefer Coatl or Imperial. Bogsneaks can happily be used for both! A simple fire emblem themed/inspired background around this would be much appreciated as well.

I am looking to get some people to draw prize art! The contest is a Pokemon story contest and all of the fics will be about assassins, so I am looking for someone who can draw the top three Pokemon or humans from the contest. I am looking for fullbody images and icons in full colour - preferably two images and one icon. I'm very interested in pixel icons and anime-style fullbodies.

As all Pokemon in this contest have human guises, it's not an issue whether you draw Pokemon or humans, but I am especially looking for Pokemon examples and art. The contest results will be announced on December 16, but I am happy to pay you half payment before this time to secure my slot.

You absolutely need to be available around December 16, otherwise I'll be letting down my own group! I definitely need to see your artshop, and won't be commissioning new shops this time round - sorry!

Payment: Up to 3 million treasure. Bear in mind that I would like to commission a further three pieces for the contest, so I will be trying to spend less than 3mil on these first three, but that's my limit nonetheless.
