@Emylee you can still get mats because technically the turn in period hasn't ended until whatever is next begins or the event is completely over, it gives people who havent had a chance to turn stuff in time to and since it's so early staff probably isnt up to turn it off :DDD

I think they are tundras. In the little story provided for the Bounty of the Elements re: earth, it was implied that the dragons that went in to a certain cavern may have been petrified. I think whatever this new breed is, it could be a medusa type thing that turns living things to stone.
