@Ryuka You get them when you buy a chest from Joxar from 80k. You can also craft them at Baldwin at level 16, but they take four days. That means that you can get two tokens your first festival. If you start on a second token sometime before the festival ends, you'll have it available for the next festival, and you'll have three to spend then :)
