Are your strange chests still around?
And I think the bundles are a regular set now like the healers sets it was just released when the event started, though I think a few of the jester sets are only brewable or swappable during night of nocturne. So some color sets are night of nocturne exclusive and others are normal marketplace restocks (?)

The Jester and Tatters sets are described as "For the duration of the holiday, these items will be available in the treasure marketplace individually and as a treasure bundle!"
They should be gone. I think there is an error.
