Order for a Itty Bitty! (Sort of a Dragon too...)

Character: this guy and/or same character, just different renditions

Apparel and Skin: Use the "feathers" from the poisonous woodmask to make head feathers that are attached to the head like hair sorta? Then with the Traditional Broadsword can the dragon be wielding the sword and have a scabbard on his waist?

Special Request(s): Can the dragon be a Bi-ped like the character? The morphology is ONLY a snapper for the character's head shape. The body can be more thin and human-like.

Other: This dragon is based on my skyrim character, if you want more pictures of that character to help, I'd be happy to oblige!!

Edit: thought I should describe the character more. He is a lizard/dragon man who is a thief. He has a strange set of morals as a sneaky assassin thief, and is very persuasive

I will send out an update ping if it opens again, but for now, is there maybe a more lizard-like version I could draw? I could try and simplify it into an animal if you want.
