RULES

-> Upon purchasing a Capricat, their appearance Info and ID are recorded along with the username of the owner in the Masterspreadsheet. Please see there for any info on them you need or if you lost the imgur link. (If it's broken then do contact me about it.)

-> Your Capricats are bound to your FR username and only you may display them in your desc/forums/posts/dragon bios/etc. You may display them on other websites if you wish, just link back to this thread in that case (no need to link on FR, but it's appreciated if you do!)

-> If Capricats changed appearance due to an update or you changed your username, I will need to receive a 30kt fee for re-doing those Capricats to update their appearance/watermarks. You can always just leave them with their old appearance, though.

-> You may have up to 100 Capricats recorded at a time. Excess Capricats can be handed back in for tokens. What you do with tokens I'll come up with at some point (once or if it ever becomes necessary).

-> You are permitted to comission art of your Capricats from other artists, so long as you own the Capricat being depicted. You are NOT permitted to get the Capricat you want and don't own drawn from another artist.

TRADE

-> Trading and gifting have a fee of 50kt/50 and require both parties to agree on the trade or gift. Yes, even the person being gifted. Either both send me a PM or ping me in this thread for this service.

The ownership of the Capricats will be updated in the Mastersheet.

Please note that if you decide to trade Capricats for FR items/currency/etc., I am not able to guarantee the safety of these transactions. While I will not tolerate open scamming and will not sell to people who I know are engaging in that sort of thing, I do not have the administrative power on FR to do much else.

Please be careful who you trust and trade with. If there is no proof of being scammed, which is difficult as is, I cannot do anything.

This service is expensive as it requires I re-make the respective Capricats in order to update their watermarks correctly.

BREEDING

-> You may breed two Capricates that both belong to you. If you'd like to breed a Capricat with someone else, you will need to trade back and forth for this. (There may be a better way to do this in the future if this is popular enough.)

Breeding has a fee of 50kt/50g and can be done once a week per Capricat pair.

COOLDOWN - You may breed any two Capricats together freely so long as the date in their breeding column in the masterspreadsheet reads a date that is more than a week ago. When in doubt due to timezones, it may be better to just wait an extra day. Hatched Capricats have no cooldown and can theoretically be bred immediately.

GENDER MATCHUP - Capricats do not have a gender, as breeding involves combining their essences in a surrogate egg. You may breed together different elements of Capricats if you wish.

RELATEDNESS - Capricats may not be related within more than 3 generations with each other. Yes, I will be tracking this, so you may ask if you are unsure.

KIT AMOUNT - the chance for 1 child is 60%, for 2 children 30%, and for 3 children 10%.


RESULT

-> You will receive 1-3 Capricats with their breeding cooldown dates set 2 weeks from their birthday into the future.

-> Unfortunately due to the art demand, baby Capricats don't exist. Maybe one day, though! Your Capricats will be adults immediately.

-> The born Capricats will belong to you and be watermarked as such.

-> Breeding concerning genes and gene colors works the same way as on FR. For color, the shortest distance on the colorwheel is chosen and a color randomly from that range becomes the resulting color.

-> The eye type, similarly to FR, will be rolled randomly.

-> The eye COLOR, however, is inheritable the same way colors are, unlike on FR.

-> common/common genes are 50/50. common/rare genes are 90/10. common/legendary are 99/1.

This project may still be a work in progress, but it's also certainly up and running smoothly so far! The more popular it is, the more I will be motivated to keep updating with more genes and elements!
