USD is always fine with me! I can do all three, no worries. I always anticipate the maximum number of dragons per slot and that I have to sponsor several genes per person before I open so I'm prepared :] I really do appreciate it though you're so kind!

3 bases + 1 new gene (harlequin; points and fade aren't complicated enough that I would make them need a sponsor lol) comes to 15.20 USD! If that's alright with you, I'll PM you my Paypal address and get started!
