The four clans live in relative peace, meeting once every full moon at the Sun Rocks. Each clan has adapted a way of living to survive against the salty winds, unpredictable will of the waters, and the seasonal wraths. Many believe the prosperity comes from the Crescent Pond being part of the Duskclan territory. The word goes that the spirits have blessed the territory- as long as the peace around the sacred water is maintained. In the high heat, Clan members seek refuge in shallow areas of the Thunder River and the Lightning Brook. But young Sylvanis beware! There are many stories of reckless Sylvanis losing their footing in the unforgiving rivers, and if you listen closely, you can hear their wails and cries haunting the Weeping Bridge... [img]https://i.imgur.com/FwMzTl1.png[/img] [i][b]leader: [/b]Echostar[/i] [b]Mistclan[/b]; located southwest of the Sun Rocks, Mistclan have found refuge in an old and abandoned structure that they refer to as the Den. Golden Meadows provides ample game for most moons besides the chilled waters, where the hunt gets a little more tricky. Sandy Dunes provides a feast during the high heat and new leaf, where nimble Sylvanis can snag eggs and new hatchlings. Thanks to Duskclan's efforts to keep the peace, the two clans share the waters of Lightning Brook. Mistclan members are much more successful in fishing in the brook than the Duskclan, as their quick foot comes handy in the fast currents. Mistclan members have to plan well for the cold temperatures, as they do not have much greenery to protect them from the vicious salty winds. [img]https://i.imgur.com/4sZtIoU.png[/img] [i][b]leader: [/b]Brightstar[/i] [b]Dawnclan[/b]; located northeast of the Sun Rocks, Dawnclan is blessed with the hunting areas provided by the Twin Groves and the Blooming Fields. However, unlike the Duskclan, the Dawnclan is not as spiritual about their lucky boons. Rabbit Stream splits right through their territory, which provides relief during the high heat and allows clan members to dabble in hunting freshwater fish. Dawnclan does have scuffles with the members of Tideclan over territory disputes. Tideclan argues that they need the hunting grounds in Twin Groves because their main hunting ground becomes pretty barren over the colder weather. However, comfortable with their way of life, the Dawnclan is adamant about keeping their territory lines to include all the hunting grounds of the Twin Groves. The Light's Point is where the sun first hits its light when rising back up from the endless reach of the Roaring Waters. Their territory is separated by the Spikes to the west and arguably, to the tall twin pine trees in the north which the Twin Groves is named after. Tideclan mostly hunts around the Wishbone Lake and the shrubs (consisting of heather, wax-myrtle, and marsh elders) near the Roaring Waters. During the color change of the leaves and the chilled waters, their shrubs and the lake becomes harder to find food. They have been pushing to extend their territory towards the Dawnclan to survive, so the two clans have often broken out in small scuffles...
