No problem! And 10g/10kt is the base, but most design add ons are free of cost unless they're complex or they stack too high (i.e. 4 pieces of simple apparel would be free of charge, but 10 would cost a bit extra, usually about 1g/1kt more)
So extra stitches and tears + a patch are all simple enough to be included with the base price!
