Say i had a PC With Circuit, could i just get the icing the color the color of the tert as if the dragon had underbelly?

Ok so if you had a PC with Circuit, then it would display the tert gene on the icing while the icing itself would default to the elemental colour of the dragon, Take for example the waffleclaw with crackle:

It was a plague dragon so the icing was red, and the crackle itself only displays on the icing! Hope that helps! :D
