If you're including the companion comet and fairies in the price, yes. (And that's a good reminder, too--I won't be including the spider in any of my adoptables. I need to write that.)

No need to pay extra for genes, it just might take a little longer as toxin isn't yet finished (and I'm a little busy lately).

I've changed the wing bangles to be funded (because they're so simple) so it'll only be +5kt if you wanted to add those back in. But yep, 35kt without them (:
