Other requests: Since the mysterious cowl seems to make the eyes glow (and thusly hides the pupils) how about adding a very simple glow effect to the eyes that make the pupils as well as the outline of the eyeballs a tiny bit more fainter? This is a lot more simpler in actuality than in typed text XD; I want the pupils to face the other dragon!

Special note: These dragons are a couple! So I want them to be ogling at each other; thusly one is flipped - doesn't matter which one :)

Actually, the total for the two together would be 14k (2 5k bases + 2 2k undrawn apparels). If that's fine with you let me know and I'll start on these as soon as I can.
