A notoriously charming play~~boy~~dragon, Cumulus was a mini-celebrity in his younger days because of his habit of courting a female dragon for a few days, then leaving the relationship after a few weeks, or even after they had a nest together. He wandered the world during this time, seeing all there was to see, leaving a trail of broken hearts and fatherless hatchlings as he went. The Cumulus everyone else saw, however, was far different from the real Skydancer: An insecure hatchling so traumatised from his past that he now fears long-term relationships for fear that they'll simply disintegrate when he needs them most.

His mate is Sacrosanct, for now, although it's an open secret that he's been seeing another Ridgeback named Rowan.

His Hoarfrost Mauler was a gift from a particularly-smitten lover in the Ice Flight, but he of course dumped her as usual and took the familiar with him to the Skyline Clan.

Hard to believe here, but it’ll all come together when you meet him. Oh, try not to accept any of his roses; they’re red with the blood of the Skyline’s enemies. HAHA, got you there! They’re just really red. He grows them himself, I heard. Seriously though. He will. Destroy. Your. Heart. Also the rest of you, if you try to harm his One True Love Sacrosanct.
