Instead of destruction as his plague counterparts before him were made out to be, a small ███ going by the name of Shockwave instead has mastered the arts of alchemy creation over the span of his lifetime. It is through these procedures that he has instead created a name for himself, the clans one and only skilled alchemist whose prows are unrivaled against any other dragon residing in the clan. While emotionally distant, it is these prows that often mingle a pride inside him; one that he frequently values greatly. Shockwave was one of the first four original of the clan; he was there when during the dispute of Soundwave and Starscream, when Soundwave took his place as leader and he himself, still loyally residing as the alchemist in a calm vicinity when surrounded by so much feuding. It was his loyalty even in Starscream's booting of her self-proclaimed leadership and even so much as calm assuring to Soundwave, that it came across as no shock when the Mirror took the ███ as his mate. It is around said Mirror only that the stoic looking ███ shows emotion. As the tides of the early stages of the clan proceeded on and farther into the formation of the clan that the ███, unlike many other changes, stayed as the Alchemist. It was here in the clan that he played his role rather properly; it was also here that he was frequently left to his alchemy involved findings and testing. When even trying to approach the ███ about it, he will simply shake it off and instead keep these informational records close to himself. Years of doing this occupation has created a slight paranoia in the normally well-collected dragon that his research and creations will be stolen from him Along with his prows of an alchemist, the ███ is also often a willing ear to the clan leaders; he can often, surprisingly enough, provide opinionated advice that will often point them in the right direction, or will simply lend them his ear to speak to when things are uncertain. It is only towards them that he often shows a much more engaged side in the social standing. Otherwise, he will seem distant and detached when not completely submerged into his work. When confronted on any other social matters by any other dragons, he will keep things short and curt. In his own ideology, the ███ will often keep the matters in mind that action is much better than words; his actions, in this case, being him working on his own research rather than idling away time by speaking to some other dragons of the clan. While this is done without rude intention, it often makes the ███ seem unapproachable and even so much as a rude sort of individual. None the less, it isn't intended by him. In the end, the ███ is most comfortable surrounded by his equipment, materials and creations. It is in the midst of an experiment that he is most happy, while it doesn't show physically, and it is there that he believes he will stay until the end of his days. While many insist of him not being so cooped up, they will only be rewarded by a blank stare, a shift of the wings, before the stoic dragon will slip off again.. no doubt going to perform many an experiment once again to further his own information into an endless, mental library that none truly expect.
