Chrysocolla

A long time ago, Chrysocolla used to be the pride and joy of a prestigious Shadow Colony. Her dark colours and strong bloodline made her a fine warrior, and she was trained under war veterans to become the guardian of her clan. However, one day she left rather abruptly in order to elope with Inflame, a wise but fun-loving Imperial hailing from the land of Light. She raised a small trio of hatchlings with him that left their nests at a young age to serve the Lightweaver, but found that she couldn't part with her last child; Nebulus.

However, one day her nest was viscously attacked by savage beastclans. Inflame was away gathering food, so Chrysocolla was forced to fight to protect the young Nebulus. She managed to drive away the groups, but was left badly wounded and unable to talk or move. Inflame found her crippled body next to the crying figure of Nebulus, who thought her to be dead. Devastated, Inflame scoured the Sunbeam Ruins for any healers, and found Swift. Although he could not heal Chrysocolla fully, he said that his Guild could give them food and shelter for as long as they needed.

Deep down Chrysocolla does not approve of Nebulus' actions, but she understands the meaning behind his thievery and decides to not scold him if she ever gets treatment. She is becoming an old dragon, and she wants to talk with her mate and child at least one more time before she expires and goes back to the Shadowbinder. She wonders how her children with the Lightweaver are doing, but is at peace with their future and knows they will be cared for there.
